this is the very first song I like from WT. I have always thought Sharon's voice doesn't fit symphonic metal but this is really cool! I would like to give WT a chance and if this is a new direction they are taking from now on, I'll be so glad to support them
Interesting song from WT. This really doesn't sound like them at all.. lol! They went for a more straightforward rock approach... interesting! You know, this song kind of reminds me of "Wicked Game" by Chris Issak for some reason.. maybe it's the way the vocal melody and the guitar chords were written.
WT did say a while back that they'd be going with a much different direction sound-wise in this album. More of a 80s-90s rock-inspired sound. And since I was a sentient being back in those decades, I like that kind of music, so I think this really works for them, and so far the two songs I've heard from the album are really good. I'm really looking forward to hearing the whole thing.
