Also, "Shitload of Money" and "Don't Be Mean" are not good song titles. Sorry Tony.

Sonata Arctica to release new album soon!
Looks like the Finnish metal giant Sonata Arctica is set to release their newest album entitled Stones Grow Her Name. It is set to be released on May 18th of this year. I don't know what to expect from this album. The last two Sonata albums have not been as good as their earlier material. Though good and very well thought out, it didn't strike me as much.

It's too early to start making assumptions, though Tony did say with the last release that they were sticking to the more prog sound they started in DoG. The album art is quite intriguing, as is the title. I'm looking forward to it.
I don't know. While I admit that they are trying out new things and exploring new territories with music, I think they were better off as strictly a power metal group than a prog group personally. As I said, their last couple of albums weren't bad, but I liked them more before. Oh well, I am still looking forward to hearing this as well.
I'm looking forward to this one. Though, I think the album cover looks...hmmm...horrendous. And some song titles sound just strange. But oh well. Sometimes the titles don't really represent the songs in a right way. Fingers crossed.
