Tuomas is a big Dragonlance geek, apparently. "Wanderlust" refers to it, too. Actually I prefer "Wanderlust", it's pretty much my favourite on the album; it's *so* upbeat. (Perhaps I've simply listened to "Wishmaster" *too* often.) Although it kinda rips off "Gethsemane". :P
Ah, thanks for the link, Winterstorm! Now I understand better the reference. While I do read a lot of fantasy, I haven't read Dragonlance at all. I assumed it was a Tolkein reference, actually, since the I know some of the elves referred to in Wishmaster are from LOTR.
One of my all time favorite songs! Great song choice! :D
ReplyDeleteMASTER!! APPRENTICE xD Oh how I love the old days.
ReplyDeleteMaster! Aprentice! Hard Porn Steven Geaguil. :D
ReplyDeleteThis song is really one of NW's best songs.
@ Sorcha: the misheard lyrics are always priceless, eh?
ReplyDeleteThey sure are! They almost beat Tuomas' original lyrics ^^ :p
ReplyDeleteAs if the original lyrics made more sense :P
